We offer High-Performance Remote Coaching. We act as your strength coach, your physio, and your movement specialist. We analyse your surfing, we audit your lifestyle, and we build a program that evolves as you do.

How It works.

PHASE 1: THE AUDIT

Before you lift a weight, we need to look under the hood.

  • Movement Screen: You submit videos so we can assess mobility, control and strength limitations.

  • Surf Footage Review: We look at your surfing to identify physical restrictions that may be limiting performance.

  • Lifestyle Review Sleep, stress and work demands all influence training. We programme with context, not in isolation.

PHASE 2: THE BUILD

We design a structured, periodised training plan aligned with your goals.

  • The Focus: If paddle endurance is the issue, we build capacity.

    If durability is lacking, we strengthen weak links.

    If performance has plateaued, we introduce progressive overload.

  • The Method: We use evidence-based training principles, not random workouts, to drive adaptation safely and consistently.

  • The Delivery: Your programme is delivered through our coaching app, including demonstrations, tracking and performance metrics.

PHASE 3: ADAPTATION

This is where progress compounds.

  • Ongoing Feedback: You upload training videos and receive detailed technique feedback.

  • Data Monitoring: We track workload and recovery markers to manage fatigue and progression.

  • Programme Adjustments: Surf trip coming up? We adapt.

    Flat spell? We increase training focus. Life gets busy? We adjust intelligently. Progress is managed, not guessed.

Long-term athletic development takes time. Tendons strengthen gradually. Aerobic capacity builds progressively. Strength adaptations compound over months.

For that reason, we require a minimum six-month commitment.
